Gurgaon Residential Property Is Having Insufficient Civic Amenities

by admin on March 7, 2011

The prices that the residents in Gurgaon are paying on both rented accommodation and owned houses are too high as the real estate Gurgaon is going high in terms of pricing. Builders are building property in Gurgaon and selling them at any ask price since they are well aware of the fact that there is demand and people will certainly land up buying Delhi properties and Gurgaon properties at any cost at the end.

But at least when the prices are so very high, the basic civic amenities should be made available. People who have invested in property in Gurgaon would certainly expect government to solve their issues related to water, sanitation, power backup, water logging. But it seems like the successive government is paying no heed to such problems of the residents. Not only rural areas, even the premium Gurgaon areas are being deprived of the basic civic amenities.

In some areas, the members of the societies have taken the responsibility to help them by pooling money to set up power generators and supply cables to all the apartments and the impact is borne by the rate of Gurgaon residential properties.Delhi properties and property in Gurgaon is more in demand as not only the local residents, people from different regions move in to Delhi/NCR either for studies or for jobs.

But nothing is being done about the lack of basic civic amenities.

Keeping the fact in mind that building in areas which lacks such basic requirements would entail less cost as compared to the other areas, builders are also working on the rural and backward areas only. They are providing only the facilities that may be provided in the areas, but charge fully.Property in rural area in Gurgaon is cheaper and would become expensive in due course of time; this is one of the reason why builders are investing in such areas. . The residents associations of Haryana have decided to protest against this lack of basic civic amenities.

The monsoon season has also added to the woes of real estate Gurgaon. Water logging at different places has disturbed the normal activities to all individuals. Although government is trying to pacify the ill effects but this problem is so very deep rooted that is impossible to mend it in some time.It should be noted that the MCG has taken some steps to relieve the protestors by repairing approximately 12 roads within a week but this might lead to apathy towards the government.
